At 361 Degrees, we are committed to your performance and offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn athletic gear in its original packaging. If your new equipment doesn't help you exceed your limits, we make the exchange process simple and fast.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original 361 Degrees shoebox or packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
